Where do I start?
There is soooo much information out there I dont know where to start and its all overwhelming. It feels like you have to learn B to understand C but there is no way of learning B and way too much A. So by reading on astro.com Ive learned about the signs and the planets and houses ect. ("A") but when it gets more complicated I get lost. So any ideas how to learn B so some day I can get to C?

You should try to get a book on Astrology basics and if when you finish studying you are still interested, then I suggest disciplined study of the higher levels. There is an Astrology course titled "Learn Astrology" that comes in four books by Marion D. March and Joan Mc Evers that is pretty good to start learning Astrology. Then you have Christian Astrology by William Lilly, but I think that it's not so easy to understand when you are a novice on the subject.
There are some Astrology e-books that you can download for free on internet also.

Ok, I will do my best to get a book as soon as I can. Not alot of money :P. But who isnt in that boat right? heh. I have 2 books at home already on Astrology but the first was bought for me and is magickal astrology and I think it expects the reader to know alot already, the second, I cant remember the name of it but it was written in the 60's and in my opinion has a dated and alot of times negative tone to it. I wish there was a astrology dictionary somewhere. Understanding the lingo would probably be a good step for me figuring out what Im reading about. P.S. I have a question in medical section of the forum too. If anyone wouldnt mind taking a look. It is about how many children my chart may point to expect.
Thanks for answering my post!

Well if it makes you feel any better, I feel just the same as you! You put it very well too! :)
I can't even decide which branch/type etc., suits me the best, as they all seem to have valid points....
When I get some time, I am going to get that book by Lilly - I think my mind may get around it better if I start with the older astrology and work my way up - come to think of it, maybe I should get a book about Lilly first....maybe better to understand the people of that time in general...
The dictionary will probably help too. I know that somewhere in the attic I have some books too from my teenage years.
