Eczema after 30 years

I have had a sever bout of eczema at the age of forty two and I have not had it since I was eleven.

This time it has covered the period of the sun transiting my sixth house. Neptune is on my MC.

Way back when it disappeared the first time neptune was conjunct my sun. It was like it disappeared with the sun combusting neptune and then as neptune appeared in full strength at the zenith of my chart it appears on my skin again??

I have sun mercury and neptune in the sixth... relating I suppose to nervy anxious, unknown, seelf worth issues. Skin is according to Louise hay and Annette Noontil related strongly to self esteem worthiness issues.

Wondering if anyway had some ideas....

yes Shining the transits sound right to me. Intuition has been a big one through this stuff. I have been through far more stressful periods than this with no alergic reactions and I have quite low levels of stress at the moment. I have felt that there is some old childhood stuff being released here, that is what I feel inside yet I am not sure how this might be seen in the transits. Saturn approaching opposition is one to think about too, as it is close to the angles.

I will have an investigation into my sensitivity at the moment, I have a heightened interest in it at present.

Hi Flea,

A thought I had to add to Shining Ray's great post is the fact you are a Sagittarius! Sag, rules the hips, sciatic nerve, kidneys and liver. The kidneys are our blood filtration system. When there's a probelm with the kidneys purification and elimination (Jupiter) system, it can cause skin conditions like acne, pimples, boils and eczema. When we suffer an imbalance in the body, the liver has to work harder and the kidneys don't work as efficiently. What happens is the toxins build up in our bodies and reveal themselves through the skin tissue.

The adrenals (atop the kidneys) are related to Mars which is retrograde right now and could be the cause of your eczema too.

OMG... this makes so much sense. I have had issues with skin... acne etc a long time and also over active adrenals. Seems to be telling me something. I have been doing a thing for the kidneys this last week. ginger powder on a small towel with boiling water, then wrapping it around my kidneys for half hour each day. The ginger heats up over 15 mins and then warms my back, it has been really good, thw warmth has been surprising.

I also intuitively feel like I am releasing stuff.... emotional toxins etc etc whatever.

Hi

I find that Eczema can be triggered when issues and lessons we have ignored or not processed build up over years and then, rather like a pressure cooker, they spill over (usually at times of heightened stress).

The skin is the largest organ in the body and the liver (linked to the skin) is an organ that can only hold so much negativity before getting poisoned. The interesting thing is that the liver uses the skin as an escape route in times of emergency (but it REALLY is a sign of emergency if you look at how late into some cancers the liver struggles and manifests jaundice) so LISTEN ;)

Meditate and calm your inner child. Listen to your body, sense your chakras and feel your fear/pain/need. Find out what it is that you need to understand, accept and then let go of and feel it through your eczema. Use the Ezcema to get in touch and release.

After all, this is exactly what dis-eases are all about, no? :)
