Moon's last aspect

Hello to everyone!

I'd like to ask you a question. I'm looking at one chart where Venus - the querent is located in 10th house in 0 degree 16 min of Aqu and the Moon is in the 3rd house...is Moon going to make opposition to Venus or not? I mean can we count as last aspect when Moon leaves the degree of the current sign and goes to the next one to perfect it?

No, I do not count that aspect.

I have a related question.

What if the only aspect the moon will apply to before leaving it's current sign is an aspect with an outer planet, an asteroid or pars fortunae (but not with a traditional planet), does this count or do we consider it to be void of course?

I count aspects with outer planets, but with fix stars and POF no.
