Hi,
I had a phone call at 7.17am this morning from a very distressed male friend. He has built an artists community where about 13 people work from and about 9 people also live on the site.Its been going for about 10 years and it is a place i frequent alot....i have lived there in the past. Its on a site that my friend rents.......anyway a few of the buildings dont have council approval, but earlier last year the council came around and made sure there where no major problems and fire risks.......everyone thought that everything would be ok.
Three days ago a guy on the property had one of his friends over and this friend was asked to leave after he was found in someone else space when he had no reason to be there....there was a heated discussion and he left reluctantly.....
Yesterday the sheriff and council buliding inspector came by and said that someone had told them that they thought the place was illegal.....they went through the whole place and then gave my friend a notice saying the lot had to be demolished within 3 mths............

To say that my friend is devestated is an understatement..........he wonders if he has more enemies than he thought......I rreckon its the guy who was asked to leave ......was it him who dobbed theses people in to the council?

I can see the charts asc is late................does that automatically mean it cant be read?
I posted the chart from the time of the phone call but didnt think to do an horary till roughly 8.55am.........
Not sure which chart will be most useful.....

Not sure steph...........I dont even think the chart can be read..........someone knowledgeable is bound to come by at some point......

I am jupiter in the 12th i think.....hidden. (which is true cause i am 3 hrs drive from there)...........if your right then we are looking at the moon i think...

I dont want to attempt this without guidance......I dont want to give info to blame the wrong person.....but also think whoever has done this needs to really know what they have done!( and my guess is the guy that was asked to leave)

The chart is ok because it tells the story you ask about even though the "damage" (demolition order) has already been done.

Your friend is Venus and his property is Saturn placed high in the chart and possibly known or come to the councils attention (10th house). When the 4th house significator is at the mc sometimes points to the property going on the market for sale. Perhaps this saturn is also the demolition order.

Any way, Moon squares your friend (venus) saying 'no' it wasnt that guy asked to leave. This particular guy could be seen as an open enemy seeing as though he is known and it is suspected that he secretly dobbed your friend in. Open enemies are 7th house significators. Usually hidden enemies are 12th house affairs as well as any kind of skull duggery in a horary question. Mercury seems to represent him in the 12th house.

So the moon squares venus saying probably not although then goes on to trine mercury in the 12th saying that most likely it was him. So what do we do in this case?

The council is Mercury in 12th and they have not acted on any problems in the past until now. The last aspect of the Moon is Mars (ruler of 12th) I think, which by translation of light to venus confirms that indeed some skull duggery has been brought upon your friend. And the culprit could be the vengeful and evicted person you talk about. Maybe it took just one report to the council for them to decide to act on the demolition order.

In this case as I have said the damage is already done and it seems there could be a number of possibilities and most likely they are all correct in a way. The thing is no one can really blame someone here because the mutual reception between venus (friend) and Saturn (property) says that your friend was aware of the problems relating to the property and realistically it was just a matter of time before something went sour with the council.

I guess time "is up" for this interesting art and living space, Liquid? It was a done thing anyway. (thats the late ascendant degree)

Wow Kingsley, i just rang my friend and told him what you had written and guess what.......the property has been on sale for 3mths.....he hadnt told anyone on the property because he has 2 year lease.....wanted people to enjoy a bit longer before they need to think about moving.....
It seems they have all had a chat this morning and everyone is of the opinion that it was bound to happen eventually anyway......he was pretty distressed this morning. And really wanted to know who had done it to him....karma will get this guy....everyone effected knows it too;)

Thanks for saying so Liquid. There was a bit in my post that that didn't sho up? I must have wiped it out as I was typing, but the jist was about the owner of the property being the 10th from the 11th and the taking the moon as significator trine merc. So that was the other option regarding the demise of the house. That the landlord had something to do with the skull duggery.

Inevitable indeed, and glad your friends are licking their wounds after such a rude shock in their lives.

ps I normally charge $70 aus for horary but you guys come up with some pretty damned good questions here.

Thanks kindly.....Its people like you that are helping those of us who are here to learn about astrology aswell as finding out answers............I reckon you'll get that $70 back ....maybe not from me....but the universe will supply you with it.....(i hope cause i dont have it!)
Your remarks about the owner of the property is bound to get the group talking again..............I hope he hasnt caused this problem, because he has had reliable tenants for such a long time.....he has a lot of money the owner....its quite possible he has been playing dodgy business games......
Pity horary's havent made it to the legal system ......they should do, probably better stats than the lie detector!

Just to clarify....the tenant (my friend) knew that the property was put up on the market 3 mths ago.....It wasnt supposed to effect my friend as lease(two year) would have been part of the sale......its just the others on the property didnt know. My friend hadnt told anyone till today!
Perhaps it was easier for the owner, to get him off the property, to make the sale. otherwise the buyer would have had to keep them there for the lease term or take them to court.

It could be that the owner intended to follow through with the original agreement, but perhaps people that did show an interest in the property since it's entry onto the market found the current set-up to be a turn off. That could have led to the decision to go to the council.

Your probably right, but what a dodgy way to do it!!!!.........Bloody rich seem to have the power to do whatever they want!!!!! I prefer honesty, but i suppose that cant be expected from everyone else.........
