Moulin,
Your synastry is divided into two very definite sides of the chart. So there is a "back and forth" to the relationship as sometimes one side is strong and sometimes the other side is strong, like a seesaw: when one side is down the other side is up. As long as you BOTH are willing to work within a relationship that requires constant adjustment, this relationship can work.
Adjusting,
Tim

hi moulin,
the composite mars/venus midpoint is conjunct the sun exactly on the nadir.this shows a spontaneous emotional/sexual attraction and very good all round compatability.the nadir position underscores that these feelings are very deeply held.the sun/venus midpoint is conjunct the saturn/mercury conjunction.this is interesting as it implies both a playful, mirth and a sober reality when you two communicate.as the sun/mars/venus aspect is in aries, this latter aspect grounds the relationship from being overly frivilous.the only concern is that saturn can sometimes put a damper on feelings and lead to adversion instead of attraction.but that doesn't seem to apply here.jupiter is trine to the sun/venus/mars aspects bring a steading influence and making a stable ,longterm relationship possible.
also moon is opposed to juno.as juno is jupiters "cohort",it is associated with family and feelings of intimacy.as a consequence the emotional make up of the relationship is caring and nurturing.
on the other side, the mars/uranus midpoint is square to the sun/saturn midpoint.this would symbolize the mulitple breakups .the underlying conflict here is his need for freedom and his feelings of being restricted by the relationship.this is a important hurdle to confront because if he still is of the mind that his need of freedom is paramount, then this will just be a replay.
the other point od possible problems is the neptune square to jupiter.this can indicate that he is not inclined toward a committed relationship even if he says he is ,as neptune can indicate deception and falsehood.if this is a pattern he has shown in the past then this also needs to be talked out.

WOW Rahu... very interesting. Thank you for such an indepth view on this composite. It is true, he has got commitment problems and a need for freedom. It is strange though as he has already asked FIVE women to marry him, so his need for children/family is great also. He must be struggling and swinging between the two. I am having dinner with him next week and have not seen him for 10 years so it will be interesting to see if there is still an attraction there. He just left his most recent fiancee as she would not commit, which is interesting too... maybe he only finds women who won't commit fully to him, thereby ensuring his ultimate freedom :D
Thank you :)

Interestingly Rahu, when we meet up this time both our T Moons are poignantly on our charts.
His T Moon is conjunct his moon/mars/saturn/n node and opposing his asc!
My T Moon is bang on my n node/venus/moon/saturn stellium!
With mars RX it could be quite emotionally charged lol
