I entered the data of your question in Astrodient and got the ASC in Capricorn. The link to your chart shos that you have in in Aquarius. This difference is because you used GMT timing while I used GMT +1.

Now I'm confused about the hour. So, please answer this question. What times was it in PARIS when you asked the question. Forget about the GMT. Just tell me what time it was in Paris. 10:32 or 11:32?
