What house would represent the place you move to in the relocation horary???

Is it 9th from the place where the lord of the asc. is???
Or is it jsut the 9th in general? Or antoher house altogether!?

Lucir,
The house you are living in now is represented by H4, and what planet is lord of that house. The house you wish to move to is ruled by H7...(the 4th from the 4th).hope that answers your question. Kind regards, Lillyjgc

Yes it does, thank you!
One more though: Mercury, the ruler of the fourth house, is retrograde and in the 6th house. That means they're not in mutual reception right (If the house representing the place of relocation in the 7th)? I do have other planets in the 7th house, Pluto and Jupiter, but would the fact that the fourth house ruler is retrograde and in the 6th indicate that the move would be negative? Or would the Jupiter and Pluto in the 7th override that?

EDIT: ACTUALLY, MERCURY IS ON THE CUSP OF THE 6TH AND 5TH... now this is even more confusing.
