I have Aries rising and Mars is me. Mars in 1st house opposite Jupiter in 7th. And Mars has lots of squares an opposition with many other planets, a glance at it seems to say NO. And I think moon is VOC?

So, it means a NO :?: no marriage.

I got ASC at 18Ar 59.
So, you are Ma at 8Ta16 and Moon at 26Ar08.
He is Ve at 28Cap17. Moon will square Ve and someone said it is "yes" with dificalties, but someone said because Moon is peregrine and in hard aspect with another ruler it is "no". If it is "yes" than it will be very soon; cardinal signs on angles, rulers are in angular houses, and difference between rulers are 2degrees, so it will be in 2 days (theoreticaly). But, you will know that and you do not ask in that case this question. So the answer is probably "no" and that stands for 6 months.

I would also notice that the Moon (your co-ruler) and Venus (7th house ruler - the marriage) are in each others detriment - the Moon in Venus' exile (Aries), Venus in Moon's exile - Capricorn. That means to me that both you and your potential spouse HATE the idea of getting married or at least strongly disagree with that.
If you also notice that your main ruler Mars is STATIONARY in the 1st house (=you, meaning that you're not going anywhere, just sit on your tail) and it is in SQUARE with Saturn, the reputed malefic, you may imagine that the chances for a marriage right now are at their lowest... Saturn is almutem of the 7th house, so it practically co-rules it, symbolising the marriage.

A quite clear NO, I'm afraid.

Hi Goga and Radu!

Thank you for your time taken to do this horary for me! Apologies for the late in respond as I was so bogged down by personal commitments during this festive season. I really appreciate your time and help given generously all this while.

A Happy New Year to both of you and to all!
