Question for experts .....birth timing?

Hello dears,



If the timing is not exact like for example around 10 or someone says I was born during morning.........
For instance, my own birth I am guessing I was born during the day since there is no record of the timing and I lost my parents early in life……I have read my chart for every half and hour for that day and I compare my personality, to the time that it was so close, which was around 9am, What would be the accurate chart reading and predicting or composite chart for even someone else in regard to this??//

I am very frustrated…..
