If someone's planet(s) conjuncts (energy is combined with) your South node (the past), that person can hold you back and keep you stuck in the past in some way.

According to Francis Sakoian and Louis S. Acker in "The Astrologer's Handbook", Uranus in the 9th indicates advanced ideas in regard to philosophy, religion and higher education. If Uranus is well aspected there will be inspired insight into the changes needed to bring about a more humane social order. Can I have some please?

The Moon's South Node is traditionally regarded as representing where you are coming from in this incarnation. It's where you run back to when things get too much. In essence, it's what you're leaving behind - been there, done that - but if things go too badly wrong it's also where you left your security blanket. With MSN in the 3rd house, you may feel the need to break away from local community concerns and your siblings.

Sage , hi ... i would love to be with him but he said he needs some time... so i havent seen him for like over 2 months,,, is killing me...
he is very spiritual and we were on a path together ,then he freaked out.
would u look at my syn/compo charts if i posted them?
i tried to pull a lunar return and seems like maybe he could be back in october when i have sun in 7th but right now i m in a great deal of pain...

we also have alot of planets conjunct..our venuses are conj. in my 9th

my 9th is in aries but extends to taurus where venus and node are

I was sorry to read that your relationship is causing you so much pain. Please accept my apologies if my Uranian-style response was in any way upsetting.

It's certainly easier to work from charts or birth data. Posting yours and his, either separately or in synastry, should enable a more coherent picture to emerge.

You might also consider posing a horary question about a resumption in your relationship - there are members on this forum who can give very competent and confident analyses.

Your synastry chart certainly has an impressive number of conjunctions. Is it possible that what brought you together is your similarities, and what has caused your separation is a lack of differences?

He's definitely gone to lick some wounds. Retrograde Chiron has crossed his Ascendant and is now in his 12th house where he's attempting to undo or relieve his pain, possibly through spirituality or drugs/alcohol.

Fortunately he is about to meet someone who will talk him through his 8th house concerns - sexuality and personal transformation - and I do mean talk rather than action. Which is just as well because Saturn is conjunct by transit his 7th house moon. If I may paraphrase Robert Hand's "Planets in Transit", he will need to engage in deep introspection, self-examination and self-criticism and may well feel lonely and depressed. If he feels he is not living up to his ideals, his confidence will suffer, giving rise to guilt.

Chiron crosses his Ascendant direct for the third time at the winter solstice. If I have to make a prediction, I'd say you are likely to hear from him at Christmas, even if it is just to thank you and let you know that he is moving on. yikes Sage! christmas?!!! i cant wait that much! im an aries!!! what has caused separation was his feeling that i wanted a relationship and he was just gettin out of his ex relationship of 7 years... which was wrong, but he felt pressured somehow.
he told me that he s having a big opening of consciousness and hes doin alot of meditation and inner work.
he contacted me only 2 times in 2 months and both times the moon was in virgo, transiting his 7th and conj.his moon.he said 'talk soon' but he never followed thru.
dunno about the drugs but he told me somethin scary .
he said ' ive been spoken thru by non physical entities they drew circles in the sky and talked in my head'. that got me worried alot. it could be that he s been contacted by the aliens with that stellium in 11th...who knows.

Don't forget that you also have Saturn in Aries. Arians kick up a lot of stuff in their efforts to get things going and it can take a while before the karmic dust settles. Your lesson here may be partly one of patience.

Of course, if he does continue to contact you when the Moon is in Virgo then you shouldn't have long to wait. Tuesday morning's New Moon is almost exactly conjunct your natal Pluto in the 2nd house and within 3 degrees of exact conjunction with Uranus. I'd be very happy for you if the door swung open and he kicked off his boots but this aspect could signal a transformation in your emotional possessions.

The stellium of Sun, Mercury, Jupiter and Pluto in his 11th occurs at the winter solstice and affects us all. It will be in your 5th house, so you may get creative where children are concerned!

I'm presuming that he's the one who will be making the decision to return, so it's his chart that you need to keep an eye on. i looked at the composite chart that you two generate.
it shows a lot of passion but a bit unstable.
the venus is loosely trine mars which shows a level of attraction and comfort.
the venus/mars midpoint is conjunct the sun/uranus midpoint.this is very intense emotionally and sexually[if you ever get that fars.these aspects show a unworldy,almost magnetic,psychic, physical attraction.it shows intense attraction but it is very unstable and often ends as soon as it is consumated.the moon square the sun/venus midpoint also shows a stron emotiona; attraction.the biggest aspect against a longterm hookup is the uranus square to jupiter.this rarely allows for a steady relationship.
with the sun/saturn midpoint conjunct the venus,he would seem to be a bit hesistant to get involved.with the saturn/chiron midpoint conjunct the ascendant,again,he finds reason the relationship can't work.

Hi Celeste, I took at look at the charts you posted, and progressed them, as well as cast synastry, and can say that you might want to look elsewhere. There are strong transit indications of powerful emotions/feelings/attraction, but there isn't anything to suggest much of a connection that is lasting.

You may want to take some time to gain some objectivity on this, and to look elsewhere, as you will find a person more in tune with you after your progressed Moon in Scorpio clears your natal Uranus position.
