Job situation

This situation is not critical, hopefully the other way around.
Since my Asc falls now in Geminis (communication lol) im working in a call center, this is about general computing problems which I have been developing in communication skills since March 1st :D

Now, I like this job, cause it envolves communication and helping other people, and I might say that since this department opened when I came in, we've been doing a great job since our resolution level is 98% :D

I've got this supervisor, he's a taurus, most times he's rude, everyone is fade up of him, he wants to show authority even when he doesn't have it, bla bla bla, but in the other hand, the guy that everyone hates (and me sometimes) seems like he's helping me going foward on my work. I know Im one of the best here (I know that... :P) and encourages me to follow this job, including when a recent program came up about entitling new supervisors and he encouraged me to send my CV and he looks he's going to give a "ocult" help! I can't figure out this guy!

Can anyone helping me figuring out his real intentions? I don't have his data but I can put mine :P

I got ASC at 15Ge29 and ruler Me rx in 6H! Me is cazimi, very, very strong position! Man, you are relly the best at your job!(As you said).
The horary charts with a planet in cazimi are quite rare, this is happens only a few days per year. And cazimi planet is cosmic protective hand. So, you are enought smart to do what you consider to do and that will be quite OK. Your supervisor is represent with 10th H, ruler Sa rx, in your 3H, so he may limit your progessive ideas, he is more for traditionals metods.
Interesting in 10H is Ur and quite well describe your boss as a histerical man! Not you, nobody can understand his shifty behavior! But ruler of 10th, both, tradicional and modern has no aspect to your ruler not good, not bad, so you have nothing to worry about him regading your job. But you must pay attention on some your partner (bussiness or emotion) because he/she may complicate your job situation (last Moon's aspect is square with Pl in 7H and Pl is modern ruler of 6H, your job).

:D Great news! About the partner, not sure but I guess that's my girlfriend lol, she's not very fond of a progressive carreer, I guess she doesn't have much ambition on that professional field and doesn't understand very well how professional life is needed and some people actually like what they do. I GUESS, not sure.

Any progresses? This is kinda a ambitious carreer, as everyone knows a call center is not exacly a futuristic thing but this project has some ideas being worked on that might bring to life ambition and hopes that we might go further on our service.

By the way, I have an interesting question. I wanted to do a natal chart for my department (sounds nuts I know lol) but I don't know what data I should use. We had formation about 15 days before starting the project (Feb 15) but the project started (we have sitted on our seats picking up calls) March 1st. Which data should I use? The start of the formation of the job or the job itself?
