Relationship confusion

Im new to astrology and plan to learn more as the days go by but i was wondering if someone could help me with a problem Im having. me and this guy grew up together and he asked me out ok. so now we've been together for a few months and he told me he loves me as a friend ( after being together for 3 months and seeing each other every night ? ) but then he decided we should just " take a break". I've fallen in love with him and dont want to lose him but I dont know what to do. p.s : the chart is of him and me. my birth time and date is correct. his birth date is correct but time is off. I just know that his was in the morning time somewhere around 6. I hope I picked the right chart u need.

This sounds pretty clear without the need for astrology. He has decided to look for someone/something else. The way to tell is to ask how long a "break" he wants. If he indicates he "doesn't know", then it's over. As you know, a relationship is about two people working together. And, no matter how much ONE person wants the relationship, if BOTH people don't want it and work on it together...it doesn't happen. I wish you the best.

I just found out today that he does still want to be with me for a long time and take a break for a short period of time..I just hope hes telling the truth and aint hiding anything. can anyone else see anything? would really appreciate it. thanks

Ok I have looked at the synnastry between you- very few aspects and no aspects between the luminaries....I see a mercury/neptune opposition (his mercury in Yr H8 opposing your neptune)..not good for honesty...Nothing solid enough in the synnastry to suggest a lasting connection...a nasty quincunx (saturn ) to your sun/merc....
In the composite I see Sat opp sun: uranus opp sun: Sat opp merc and mars opp neptune......That would be too difficult for most people.
there are a few (very few) positive things going on in the synnastry....
Magic, i am getting the impression it truly is time for you to *move on* in terms of work and relationships...This guy may be a friend but I think that's how it will end up- venus trine saturn but not much else....Hope that helps...Best wishes, Lilly
