Moon void or not void?

If the Moon is about to oppose Mars as its last aspect but Mars changes signs before perfection, is the Moon read as void or not. This is very important as it concerns a horary about the threats of suidide by a friend of the quierent on another forum and Mars was in Aries, dignified but intercepted in the 4th of the 11th, moving into his detriment, Taurus before Moon left Libra?

the Moon is faster than Mars. So I think the Moon will oppose Mars before Mars will change sign. Could you please post the chart?

If the aspect does not perfect,I think it is a void Moon.The VOC Moon is when the Moon has no other planet left to touch,and the Moon will never reach Mars.

Remember when a planet changes signs before the Moon goes void it means someone will change their mind.I think there may be some unexpected event that will change the querent's mind-for good or for worse.I cannot say much without looking at the chart,but,with Mars entering the Moon's exaltation,it seems a sign that the querent's will get support from the outside(depending on what Mars signifies in the chart),even though the fact that Mars is in it's detriment in Taurus makes me think that the other person won't be of much help.

Hope it all turns out for the better with this one.

This is the chart they are using. I looked at the ephemeris and Mars does change signs before Moon opposes or leaves Libra.

The question is asked by the friend of the suicidal person. I see past potential for suicide in the chart and she has confirmed she has gotten worse since the question was asked but hasn't attempted suicide.

So I'm taking the suicidal person as the11th.

Mars ocupies turned Enf of the Matter.The turned end of the matter is signified by Jupiter,same planet as the suicidal person,so it's really up to them to call the shots.With Mars entering the Moon's exaltation,I believe the person will change their mind about committing suicide,I think the reception of Mars by the Moon means the outcome will please both parties.This is further confirmed by the VOC Moon=no action will be taken.
