Homosexuality in astrology

Hi,

I am new to the forum and not very experienced astrologer. I would like to know which aspects I need to look at to see if an individual may be eterosexual or gay/lesbian.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

according to Nadi/Vedic astrology an afflicted pluto or neptune and their aspect to the 7th and 8th house (sexual houses) cause homo sexuality.
If rather than Pluto/neptune it were Saturn or Mars they show sexual perversion.

White Petals, it is very difficult to find this sort of thing out. It is probably different planets for men and women. For men you could find a Mars-Neptune or Sun-Neptune aspect (diffused father image or male image) and for a women it is maybe the Moon or Pluto afflicted by Neptune. But there should be more indications obviously before one can judge. I know of two brothers, both with a Mars-Neptune opposition. One is, the other is not homosexual. So there you are. It is probably a combination of genes (maybe a bit too much of the male or female) and social upbringing (men, not having had a father image that showed them how to love or just be or feel about women and women who had a false mother image, a mother who did not like men so much because of maltreatment by father or other male in her life or a mother who was closer to women than to men, God knows). I had a Dutch astrology book dealing with homosexuality in the chart, but this astrologer uses harmonics to figure homosexuality out, so it is quite complicated. I dont know anymore where I have that book, did not use it after I read it. I really dont know how to help you with this. When I had this client, I actually thought it was his brother who was homosexual, because he looks far more feminine than this one, but it turned out that it was not him. Of course there is a chance that this one is also homosexual, but does not dare to admit it to his parents who were terribly shaken up when the first son told them. I still think this one could also be so inclined. Same Mars-Neptune opposition and the houses 1-7. (I think the houses also play a role. 1st house is the house of personality after all).

I had umm 4 and the pluto/neptune angle woks very well.

I don`t know if is this truly like this. but I did some natal charts of homosexual persons and it came out that all of them had venus in 12th. Which means having a love that is watched in a different way among the society.
Also, the majority of this people had some special aspects with water signs, specially pisces. i don`t know if it`s just coincidence, but this is what I saw just to put my experience.

Thank you for the info Cire. The 12th house is also the house of hidden issues, things you dont want to let others know, so it is quite possible that a 12th house Venus could mean that. I have also seen this position with men who had secret love affairs!

and it has some 8 house involvement it means it would be scandulous love affair, with everyone coming to know about it :D
most of our celebs would be having a 5,8 12 combo with a 3 (media) put in.

In the chart -it's a male individual - I have neptune in 7th; venus in 8th and pluto 10th. Neptune in 7th means he is?

For example, I`ve seen venus in pisces conjuction oon in pisces, both opposing neptune in virgo. Venus and moon at the 8th, neptune at the 2nd

Another posission, was piscis in moon at 5th opposing virgo mars at 11th.

there were other aspects, but this is what I remember (I do not have the natal charts here)

Saturn there. square with uranus pluto and Chiron.

8th - Leo
Venus there. trigon with Nept in the AC (sagit)

Mars in Virgo: square with Chiron and MC.

moon controlling our mind is the main reason for such tendencies
It happens in the mind first. whether you really do it or not depends on what sskohli said below.

moon/venus afflicted by nodes,saturn,mars (depending on moon's ownership wrt ascendant) will lead to quick ejaculation, impotency, dissatisfaction,frustration, only self pleasure, homo sexuality etc
