Horary may not be the best astrological too for this type of question. I am speaking from experience because I asked the question back in 2007 and several astrologers timed it at 2010. It is now 2010 and I don't even have a significant other. Progressions and transits to natal are the best tools for this question. Looking at 7th house planets, ruler, and aspects.
