... Conjunct in synastry.
Does this mean it's something fated?
I heard that the vertex is like a second descendant
I'm learning,

yes please- if there's anyone out there who knows about the vertex I'd be interested....I have a previous partner and my vertex is exactly conjunct his descendant...we have certainly had a *fated* experience but I am still not sure if this placement means the alliance between us is never really "over"...I would welcome other members' experience in regard to the vertex..cheers, lillyjgc

Greetings,
From what I know of the Vertex, it's the placement that can tell you what your true vocation is. In my own Chart, learning to understand this placement has given me a true understanding of my real talents and what I'm here to accomplish.
Feel free to ask me any other questions.

Greetings,
Having your Vertex Conjunct your friend's Descendent gives me the impression you met through work. Specific b-dates would help.

What you're saying about the vertex is interesting. Is there any chance that you (or anyone else) can shed some light on my vertex--which is 14 degrees Taurus,in my 7th H, only 2 degrees before the 8th H cusp. It just doesn't seem to GO with the rest of my chart somehow.... (My birth time is 10:55pm,Bitburg,Germany on February 12,1958--- sorry,I'm very new to the site and I haven't figured out how to spot up chart information yet!) Thanks!--Emmy
