Composite Venus Conjuct Chiron & Lilith in 5th House

Hello, I'm seeking some interpretation for my composite chart (mid-point method) with my boyfriend of three years. I am worried about what's going on in our composite fifth house. We have our venus conjunct lilith and chiron (the signs taurus and gemini is in our fifth house). I have also noticed that we were both born with lilith in our 5th house. For me, chiron and lilith suggest problems, so I am interpreting that there will be problems/headaches with our children, prehaps birth defects, or other anomalies (no we have not had any children yet, are not planning to anytime soon, but when the time is right, we plan to). Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
