it'll be difficult to predict destination country but he will stay there for atleast 2 yrs.
might even chose to settle down at some other place in that country after 2009

thanks a lot virinchi ... can u tell me whether this person will have problems in his career.. one astrologer has told him that he has lots of problems in his career and he should never leave the country...and should perform lots of rituals.. but when i tried to interpret it... accordin to lal kitab... due to sun,mercury and venus in 12th house... i told him he will never be havin a prob like .. being without a job ... but i am not sure..i am just learnin...
