Background: tense relationship with "Joffe" - someone who would be signified by the ninth house (Joffe is a foreigner, in a ninth house job). Suddenly the question flashes in my mind: will "Joffe" call me tonight, by midnight, within three hours.
Chart casted at 19:59 PM.
I: Saturn, first house
"Joffe": ninth house, Venus (the cusp falls actually at 29°59'' Virgo)
the call: third house, Mars
Saturn and Venus separe a conjunction. We had a strong friction recently. Both applying to RX Pluto - collection of light.
Moon going to trine the Ascendant, after RX mercury (natural significator of communication) has rendered light to it.
This looks like a yes, but I would rather say "no": even though the Moon is strong, Venus has got too little power. Also Neptune is opposing Venus and Saturn.
Let's wait and see what happens. I'll give real-time feedback.

Isn't the last aspect to the Moon also a square to Venus, which would indicate a NO, I think...

Blumen: At first glance, I see his ruler, Venus, racing away from your ruler, Saturn;that in itself is a no to me> Any connection being made to Pluto (in House 12) only seals the ended nature of it. The last aspect of the moon -square to venus-like Libra20 says, is a no. Also your ruler saturn is still within orb of the neptune opposition and with venus still sep from the opposition to neptune I think does not bode well for a yes.Mars is in detriment (in venus sign Taurus )as well....Please do let us know the outcome in any case...cheers, lillyjgc

I would say 'yes'. I'm not usually Virgoan by nature, but as far as degrees go, if the cusp is at 29'59" Virgo, then it is at 29'59" Virgo, not 0'0" Libra. You would not move the ascendant forward to Libra in such an instance, would you? (I wouldn't!). The cusp ruler is Mercury, moving toward a sextile with the early degree Moon. The Moon translates the light between Saturn and Mercury. The Moon perfects in two degrees: it also crosses the cusp then, too. So maybe in two hours? ...
Let us know. I may have to rewrite my philosophy on cusps if I'm wrong! ;)

The last aspect was a trine, that would indicate a yes.
However "Joffe" didn't call (luckily I would say)
Any connection being made to Pluto (in House 12) only seals the ended nature of it
Good that you mentioned this, I understood this aspect as a collection of light. But I didn't consider Pluto's placement in the twelfth, its nature and its retrogradation.
Archergirl, the outcome of this chart is problematic anyway. I chose Venus as the significator, because most of the house falls in Libra. Technically, it should have been Mercury. In the beginning I was tempted to choose Mercury as the significator, then I said to myself "naaa, the house falls in Libra!"
You also notice that Mercury renders its light to the Moon, so the testimonies for a yes were quite a few. But it was a no, instead.

Hi...the last aspect the moon will make is a square to venus is what I meant to say...it is separating from a trine...isn't it?? and I'm not sure why you were tempted to use Mercury as the significator when virtually the whole of H9 falls in venus" sign??Have I missed something? lillyjgc

I agree with lillyjgc on this. It has separated from the trine, but will square venus before it leaves the sign...??
