Am I going to have more than one million dollars in cash?

I know this question seems weird and even cranky, however I think it could be analysed rationally, because it's specific. Being a millionaire is having at least one million dollars. Am I going to make it?. The question was asked at 8:43 pm, July 7, 2007. Bogota, Colombia.
