Will I be able to complete my education & settle abroad?

Hello,
I am a student of Hospitality Operations and have completed my Certificate from New Zealand. After completion of teh course I returned back to my home town due to financial crisis. I have been employed here since last 2 years to save for my further education. I now plan to complete my diploma In Commercial Cookery from Australia.


Would I be able to succeed in completion of my course and settle permanently out there.

Attached is my birth chart. Please advice.
