velez didn't win... why?

in this chart all the possibilities -accidental and essential- to win the match were in favor of the sun -visiting team- but saturn in a favourable house and with venus conjunct the seventh from outside give the local team the chance not to lose it; even though i found that the MC -libra- related to saturn -cause this one has its exaltation in that sign and linked to that house- the fact that saturn was in 7th didn't help the local to win the match... why???
