HORARY QUESTION - apartment

I asked myself if and when will I buy my own apartment (20.03.2007, 10:50 CET -1:00, Ljubljana, Slovenia). I'm trying for some time now I am quite desperate. Can you tell me will I have some luck? Maybe?

Well, Moon, ruler of ASC, making quite nice aspects (but it's peregrine), but Mercury, ruler of the 4th house - disaster - it's also peregrine, without dignities and there is no future/aplicative aspects; that's worries me a lot - will I ever have my own home:( ? In 4th house is placed south node - this is bad too, I suppose. I'm desperate.

Moon rules you and your apartment plus it is natural ruler of homes .. so it is valid

Jupiter is benefitic .. no interferences
so it is a yes

Well, this is interesting.

If we break down your chart into the main 'players' we have:

1. You (Moon)
2. The apartment (Mercury)
3. Your money (Moon)
4. The loan (Saturn) you'll need to buy the apartment.

Mercury is in fall in Pisces, but benefits from being in Venus' terms.
You (Moon) are in Mercury's terms: this is you, looking for that apartment!
Your money (same). Mercury is in the 9th house of long distances and foreign countries.

Are you looking only locally or are you looking in many different places? Mercury in the 9th house suggests that you might find your apartment 'further away' rather than close to where you are now, maybe even in another country. Either that, or it will be close to a university, law school, court, something like that.

The Moon applies next to Saturn, which may suggest that you will have to apply for a loan first. Keep in mind that Saturn is retrograde and in detriment, so double-check that the loan agreement is solid (retrograde means that they might change their terms on you, if you are not careful).

Now, what is interesting is this: Mercury's next aspect is to Venus.

Mercury is in Venus' terms and Saturn's face.
SATURN is in Venus' terms and his own face.
Venus is in her own terms and Mercury's face.

Who is Venus? Venus rules the 5th house, but she is in the 11th of 'your friends'. Because she rules the 5th and is in domicile in Taurus, she may be a very attractive woman. Taurus rules wealth, so she has some money or the ability to get money.

I am wondering whether a female friend (possibly relative), but someone who thinks highly of you and is willing to help you, will save the day for you. The apartment (Mercury) applies to Venus (female friend/person); she will either find the apartment or is willing to 'sponsor' the loan you will need, as Saturn (the loan) is in Venus' terms.

Perhaps someone can add to this? But I think you *will* get an apartment eventually.

You will need a loan. The apartment will be found far away from where you are, currently, and actually it will be this female friend who helps you find it, or will help you find the money to purchase it. Because the apartment is 'in' Pisces, it may be near a body of water. Because Mercury is in fall, it is likely to NOT be a 'nice' apartment (although it may be cheap!) and may have problems with water (leaks, bad pipes, etc.)!

That's my take on it, anyhow.
