Tony Bliar will be stepping down on June 27th this year....
What does the chart signify? I'm not good at this Horary astrology and would like to learn more....
So I thought I'd start off with the Prime Minister. One thing I have noticed was the Neptune oppositions, could that indicate Gordon Brown (a Pisces). Or Uranus in Pisces squaring Pluto - the power-planet? Incidentally I can see Pluto sextile Neptune. Or am I totally off the mark here....????
Of course, I don't have a time for this event yet either...
