Arabic Parts?

I was just wondering, can arabic parts recieve aspects from eachother, or can they only recieve aspects from planets and other minor objects in astrology/horary?

Arabic Parts are just points, they have no Rays and thus no aspects. Other Planets must cast their Rays to the Part (or be conjunct).
