My first suggestion would be: go to the doctor ASAP! Forget the horary and see to yourself!
My second suggestion would be to please give us the date, time, and city where you asked the question. I cannot make sense of the chart-style you've attached; it's not very clear!
Best wishes,

Are you sure that the chart you provide in your initial post is correct?
For 10.10am, Kingman, Arizona, (MST), I get an ascendant at Cancer 4.17, not the beggining of Sagittarius, as the chart depicts.
A chart for 10.10pm gives an ascendant at 3.48 Sagittarius.
Then again, how come if you asked the question on the 15th April, then why is the chart depicting the Sun in Taurus? It hasn't yet left Aries!
There is a discrepency here between the example chart you provide, and the data, which needs to be reconciled, as something must be wrong.
Would it be possible to reflect your own ideas upon the chart, before others offer interpretation? This is after all, something of a rule.
Can you clarify?

Yes, but the chart you provide does not tally with the data you provided, so what's the mistake?

I think the first chart may be the natal chart; in which case we can't really judge for specific events, just trends.
The second date/time/place was for a horary chart. Hello Kingman! I'm from Tucson. :)
If this is the case, then it would be really great if you took a look at this first:

and then give the horary chart your best shot. Doesn't matter about skill level; there are all levels here. Other astrologers will then be able to chip in and help you with your interpretation; remember, this is *your* chart, so it's good to be involved in it! ;)
Best wishes,
AG:)
