Lately I've been making my way through the book, "Asteroid Goddesses: The Mythology, Psychology, and Astrology ofthe Re-emerging Feminine" by Demetra George & Douglas Bloch. It's a great book BTW, I'd highly reccomend picking it up. ;)
So, basically I wanted to relay the "Associated Rulerships" that are listed in the book because it appears to be the seminal work for information on the four major asteroids.

As PA is the warrior queen, i would also give her to Aries...
Vesta seems to have a Taurus/ Cancer side to, IMO (or may be i'm not enough informed to judge about that) and Capricorn (eternal, Saturn/ Kronos = time)
