I'm not good at horary, but I'll give it a try.

West Indies won that match by ease.

Acs 4,53 leo, Dsc 4'53 aqu, Saturn retrograde in the 1st house, its ruler capricorn in the 6th house. Moon in the 5th house, Moon is trining Saturn and Venus. I think the answer is given on the 1st house cusp which is Leo, and Pakistan is ruled by Leo, but Saturn is in the first house and is retrograde, so Pakistan did not have any chances of winning it.
