Hi,
I think saturn in the 1st house is a malfice however, it is the ruler of the 5th in the first house so that is good for a pregnancy chart- the baby is also conjuct spica retro....
I am venus retro separating from saturn in the first so is that like saturn (baby) being born? Saturn trines moon which is in gemini

mercury is conjuct algon...so that is not good but maybe its for a good reason
