strange note in my mailbox!-Strange Chart

Well, I recieved the strangest note in my mailbox the other day, it was just regular paper with a message writen on it, saying, how are you?
Anyway, I drew this chart up, Anyway, My ASC is Cancer, main sig and co ruler, 3rd house communication ruled by Virgo is of course Mercury, 12 unknowns is Gemini, which is ruled by Mercury as well.
Now, what's really weird is Saturn in aquarius is acting as Mercury's dispositor, Now, Saturn is also in the same sign and house as my sig, the moon, as well, Saturn rules the 7th house, which rules known other people.
So could I know this person without even knowing it, or Saturn is trying to get a third party to contact me for fear of rejection or something? As well, the moon and & Saturn are about to conjoin.
So, does this indirect contact between Saturn and Mercury mean anything, or do I just have an overactive paranoid imagination brought on by a case of mistaken identity?

Hi Blandy, I would not worry too much about this because the ruler of the "end of the matter" house is Venus and she forms a grand trine with Jupiter and your Moon. Saturn retro conjunct your Moon shows your worries. Mercury retrograde as well (a weak way of trying to get in touch with you I would say.) It is quite impossible to determine who the person was. It is better to see how he or she is feeling. Now Merc. is moving away from a sextile to Pluto, ruler of the 5th, romance and will make the sextile again once he goes direct. Dispositor of Pluto is again Jupiter, making good aspects to Venus and Moon, so I gues, he means well. And if this person is indeed sympathetic towards you as could be the case, then his writing you those words were done in a moment of passion(Pluto) or maybe obsession. Love at first sight comes to mind..! I am curious to know if you will find who it was.
