I lost my original wallet at 17 november...
We bought a new one the weekend around christmas (23 - 24/12)...

I stayed at home the entire weekend, didn't leave my house...
And still I lost it and didn't find it back...
It brought me into a minor depression (being cold by great drama but depressed by details... how Virgo Moon is that...)

I don't know how to look at this horary chart...

I'm signified by the rising i guess...
It's Cancer and the Moon is in Gemini on my 12th house cusp...
Moon in 12... i'm completely in the dark about where it could be...
I walked my way from my room to the shower like a million times...

Can anyone give me suggestions?

Because there is applaying aspect between ruler of 2nd house(wallet) and POF I expect that you will find it.
Ruler of your 2nd house, which signifies lost object, wallet is in 9 house
in Pi, water sign.

9 house means: Usually indicates item is far away. But you are sure it
is at home so you have to look where you keep your books(library),
attic, high shelves, religious areas.

In water sign, Pi means: places of seclusion or hidden, near plumbing,
kitchens, fountains, aquariums, liquids, chemicals, near water of any kind.

DIRECTION: Southwest

POF is in 5 house in water sign too in Sco.
Sco means: Dirty places, trash bins, secret drawers.

5 house means:A child may have put it somewhere or know where it is. In a child's room or game room, any place of pleasure or enjoyment.

DIRECTION: North by West (From my experiance, first look at this direction)

Near colours: yellow(Sun), white, violet(Pi), black(Sco)

I got paranoia of it, i mean, i don't leave my house and still i loose stuff...

Hmm, the wallet... when i went to the shower, i took my clothes with me upstairs, my pants, where my wallet was in...

So i left my room, went up the stairs, came in the storage room, entered the living, threw my clothes up a chair and went to the shower...

In my room, it's untracable

A child? just me and my dad live there, dad comes 51, me 22... :D

Oh well, nothing is lost, except a train card for 10 rides, where only 3 are used of...

I just did the chart and also get an Ascendant 24°01 Cancer, but that really does not matter so much. Sun is ruler of the Wallet and in the 9th in Pisces. Pisces is indeed a wet place , a location low in a room where moisture is. It can even be near the gearshift of your car with it's transmission fluid nearby (look in the garage if you have one), or near cleaning liquid. Pisces is standing water, so it could be the wine cellar, a place where liquors is stored,(have you got a bar at home or a bar in the library?) direction North/ Northwest.It is a mutable sign, suggesting the wallet is in the house. (if outdoors, watery places, but it should not be near running water.)
Cadent house, concealed and difficult to find. Other possible places hobby room, childs room, recreation room. Look underneath things like sinks, refrigerator (has liquids in it), bathroom closet, washing machine (that's where I found my lost object once. It was inside the washing machine!) or maybe in a washing basket, fallen out of the pocket of a dirty pair of pants?)
The trine from the Sun to POF in 5 sounds promising. They say that a Mercury retrograde is fine when you want to get something back. It is ruler of the 4th house of end of the matter and near the Sun so it looks like you could find it back. (I dont know in how a Mercury under the sunbeams is working out here, probably means that is will take quite a while before you find it back. Good luck! and let us know please.
