Hi!

I think I posted this in the wrong thread originally, so copied it into here, seems more approiate.

I was wondering if anyone could shed a bit of light on this please?

A guy I've known over a year and I have a relationship, I'm trying to figure out what is going on, it feel so karmic butI'm not sure what the lesson may be.

He is July 15th 1961, Tehran, Iran(no birth time)
I am Jan 16th 1975, Staines, UK (5am)

There are so many conjunctions.

His Saturn conjunct my Sun 1.4 degrees
My Sun conjunct his Saturn 8 degrees
His Pluto opposite my Moon 0.4 degress,
also his Chiron conjunct my Moon 0.6 degrees
Juno conjunct Juno 0.3 degrees
His Venus conjunct my South Node 0.3 degrees
His Venus conjunct my Descendent about 2 degrees
His Sun conjunct my Vertex about 3 degrees
His Mars is opposite my Moon 3 degrees
His Neptune trine my Moon 1.8 degrees
Venus trine Venus 3.7 degrees
His Uranus trine my Mars 1.9 degrees
His moon trine my Chiron 0.9 degrees
His Venus trine my Pluto 0.5 degrees

There are loads more, too many to list.

The relationship feels binding, there is also some pain, bittersweet but such tenderness too and much learning. It feels like I have known him for so long and he feels the same, it feels comfortable but I also have this feeling I will have to let him go one day. I feel we have a lot to learn together. I wanted to run away from him in the beginning, such a fear, but now over a year later I'm glad and feel blessed I still know him and so close to him when I see him. The contact we have is very sporadic, not conventional but I feel the lesson I have to learn with this man is such an important part of my progress in this lifetime, he may be able to help me break some cycle or patttern that I have repeated through out my life. I just don't want to miss what that lesson is, so tryng to figure out what it is. Does anyone have any views?

The composite chart puzzles me, with Venus, Sun, Mercury and Saturn conjunct the South Node. I have heard that the South Node takes things away, especially if Saturn sits next to it. But with all the others alongside I really don't know, is the relationship supposed to be taken away or stay.

Also when we met the transiting North Node had conjuncted the Composite South Node (August 2005). I haven't a clue what that means but I feel it may be important.

I would really appreciate any help advice on this.

Hi Neptune. I would say the N. node conjunt South would bring in the past relationship you had, a magnetic attraction at that time. I haven't experienced loss with my south node at all. Sure, there is always change and loss in every house, but any endings with my south node were ripe, completed and welcomed losses. I think we need to look at the nodal axis as a complete circuit, not a dualistic energy. What is the dragon without his tail? And if the tail of certain reptiles is cut off he can grow a new one. Saturn gives any relationship a grounded and long lasting quality. The Pluto, Moon Chiron connections will be deep, intense and healing. If either came into the relationship as a wounder rather than healer, it could have the potential to hurt deeply but that wound can be transformed into a tool to heal others. Venus conjunct south node feels like he's been looking for someone from his past, you. Also, Venus is love, south node is release. You can release you love here. Venus is also sensual and involved in sexual relations. Release is necessary for a sucessful intimate union. Hope this is helpful.

Hello AquarianEssense,

Sorry I haven't replied earlier. Thank you for your refreshing views, that has opened my eyes quite a lot. I don't think either one of us has come into this as a wounder, it certainly has transformed me - this pluto/moon/chiron. I've been wondering when this relationship would end or how it would evolve, definately worrying about it too much :D but now I just let it be what it will be, and give love to it.

Thanks again.:)

It may be smart before looking for "karmic lessons" to know exactly what Karma is you can find the traditional definition here;

astro.teacher,

Thank you, I never saw that thread, its fascinating, helping me get a much more balanced view. I'm starting to get an idea of where to look and incorporate the whole instead of just a few things. A vast subject!

There may have been a struggle between you for a position or rank of some kind that was awarded to you, and this created a great deal of resentment and jealousy that your friend carries with him to this day

Hi pixiequix,

Thank you so much for looking at the charts.

That may explain why I feel I can be nothing but gentle (and firm) with him, I also feel inclined to give him nothing but love for some reason.

Its funny, when we talk about politics, the conversations are enlightening, his insights and ideas for politics are fascinating, I find him quite a visionary in that field. Certainly alot better than the current runners of the super power countries!:D

No problem. I felt pretty sheepish about actually trying to relay some of my thoughts that were gained by intuition. :o
It would follow that you would agree and see eye-to-eye on politics, since I believe you were both united for a cause. Actually, I'm curious what your feelings are about Tibet and the Dalai Lama's current state of exile? I thought perhaps that was the struggle in which you were both involved.

Never hesitate to say what comes to your intuition, its your gift! I used to hesitate, but now I just say what I believe.

We both have views about politics that blend so well about what could be possible in future politics, maybe in 10 or 20 years time.

When he talks about his views on the Dalai Lama, and Nelson Mandela's (his favourite) hopes, it brings tears to my eyes every time, and to his. We both seem to believe in their pure hopes and causes, and we both seem to want this so much for society. We both see societys flaws and how they could be cured with pure people like the Dalai Lama and Nelson Mandela and their beliefs. Whenever he talks about the purest intentions of the leaders of countries and what they probably hoped, it brings tears to my eyes, then to his!

I have been starting to suggest that any children he or I may have in the future (he has a litttle girl but not together with the mother), seperately or together, should be the ones to instill these hopes into the future, because they will be the future. In fact, I have been pushing for this lately!!! He seems to agree but has less faith in human nature than me somethimes.

We talk about how children should be raised to bring the best to society. There is definately a revolutionary feel to this relationship. Loads of visions and visionary thoughts from us both that uplifts us both when we are together.
