Filling the empty houses/hemisphere

Is there any significance to one person’s planets falling in the empty houses of the other person’s chart? What about if they fall in an empty hemisphere?

When person A's planet(s) fall into a house where person B has no planet(s) in the house, person A focuses the person on the issues of a house that person B has never focused on before. This could be a "mind-opening" experience for person B, or simply a distraction...depending on how person B uses their energies and how intently focused they are on their own house issues.
