Understanding Progressed and Horary charts

Hello people I am new to this forum! J
I have some questions hope that someone will help.
I was trying to understand the differences between progressed and horary charts and I was just wanted to ask why this difference between the planets is.
Here is my progress chart my natal and the horary that we all know

Antonis, a Horary chart is a chart made for a specific questions at a specific moment and is not based on your birthchart. It is like a brand new birthchart for your question. A progressed chart is based on the progressed planetary positions of your Birthchart, like if you are now 25 years old, then take your Ephemeries and count 25 days down the line from the day you were born. There you find the planet positions for your progressed chart. Computers can calculate those positions nowadays tot the second (Moon especially important because it moves so fast). Generally you can see where the other planets are, they all move about 1 degree further. The Moon speed is different.

So i know holland enough well :)
Now i would like to ask something else ..
under this conditions i will ask advice from a horary chart to see if i have any possibility to get conected
with someone that she is sag with aries rising
correct ? and what i could see from my progressed

Antonis, no, you cannot ask that sort of question because it is far too detailed.You can ask : Will I find a woman with Saggitarius or Aries qualities this year or this month, or on that party I am going to, or at my work?. If you just ask"will I meet a woman with Sag. qualities" then it is also too undefined because you can meet many many women with those qualities in their birthchart. You must always put a timelimit with questions like this.
The progressed chart can also give indications of course. Progressed Venus in aspect to your Moon is very often a good sign of getting involved in a relationship. If the cusp of your 7th house falls in the Sign of Saggitarius or Aries, you might also marry someone or find a partner with those qualities .
I suggest you go to a qualified astrologer to ask these questions and if you really are interested in Astrology, why not do a course and learn all about it. Horary you can only do if you know the basics of Astrology very well. It is very complecated.

Might be the moon nodes be a sighn of something like that ?
As i can see till now there is an aspect. my and moon venus is making a square in 8th in aries on my progressed probably thats why i feel atractive to her
8th house the house of sex and rebirth ??
am i right ?

why in my horary chart venus is in pisces and in my progressed is in aries ??

Cause Horary isn't based at your birth chart...
You can draw a horary chart anytime... Like, when you would draw a horary chart on 6 june 2006, you'll see Venus was in that sign (i think Gemini) and it has nothing to do with a natal or progressed chart...

Progressed is based on your birth chart...
You are born on 8 april 1974... Natal Venus is in Pisces...

The progressed chart you have drawn...
Now you're 32, almost 33...
So the progressed chart, you've attached is based on 32 days after the day you were born... in this case 11 may 1974...
So Venus on 11 may 74, is in Aries...

Do you understand it better now?
