9th and 10th house

I'm curious what the similarties are bewteen the 9th and the tenth house. I've heard mixed opinions on the matter and I was wondering what other people thought...

Both are in the upper hemisphere and are more about expressing yourself in a way to public, others while the houses in the under hemisphere (1 until 6) seem more to be about self introspection...

The 10th can be seen as a materialisation of matters and insights, gathered in the 9th house (as the 10th is the 2nd house, seen from the 9th)
