In his book entitled "The Sabian Symbols in Astrology" (http://www.amazon.com/Sabian-Symbols-Astrology-Illustrated-Horoscopes/dp/094335840X), Marc Jones provided the following wording for Pisces 30, the last of the 360 symbols--"The Great Stone Face." Casual users of the Sabian Symbols are often not aware that this symbol is one of three that contains a specific literary reference--Nathaniel Hawthorne's short-story (http://www2.hn.psu.edu/faculty/jmanis/hawthorn/stone-face.pdf) of the same name. Though published in 1850, the story is timeless and surprisingly easy to read. If you have the time, follow the link, enjoy the story, and dig a little bit into the underlying meaning of this final symbol of the series.

Note: The other two symbols that contain literary references are:

* Gemini 12 which refers to a character from Harriet Beecher Stowe's "Uncle Tom's Cabin" (http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/203) and

*Aquarius 30 which refers to Marie Corelli's novel, "Ardath." (http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/5114).
