hi radu

i was going to send a private message but you know it's time for me to open my stupid mouth online and be "out there".

i wanted to stop in and say thank you for this forum. it truly has made a difference in my life. i recently posted a horary question and got two kind people to analyze it and other members to send comforting private messages. i also got several private messages from board members who were there with shoulders to lean on and a helping hand. it was incredible! i was so down and out and have many friends who are very comforting andhelpful but this was more than they could understand....this forum could. so i opened up my soul and bared it all and so many answered, it was heartwarming and soul healing. i can't tell you how hard that night was and how the help from this forum has had me pick up my pants and want to move forward and onward and get out of this deep, dark depression, and i'm trying! life hasn't been kind but god and his angels and this forum have. this forum is just what the doctor ordered and even he couldn't know how kind and compassionate your members would be towards me. ithought it might have been a mistake after i hit "submit thread" but then after 24 hours and the responses, i knew it was cosmic energy that pulled my soul to reach out to horary and it's members of this forum.

if you were looking to make a difference in the world, i'mhere to tell you having this forum has done so much for me personally and i've seen the kindness and support on board of all your members. the respect you just feel as you read the posts for everyone here. my heart is swellling over with gratefulness that you have put forth this forum forthe good of everyone. you've made a difference with it inmy life by carrying members with such open, kind and giving hearts (and you know who you are--thanks from the bottom of my grateful heart to you). i'm writing this because not always do people know they are making a difference that is notable and not superficial in one's life. you have done that for me by bringing these boardmembers into my cosmic world. i thought i'd be seen as a lovelorn ninny and i wasn't. this relationship must be karmic and god has put private things in front of me recently that have indicated i'm not crazy there's still some stuff that needs to be worked out in this specific difficult, life learning relationship. and EVERYONE has been kind about it, no "getover it it's stupid" but true knowing and heart compassion. it's nice to be taken seriously and not seen as a blubbering idiot for nothing.

so please know your forum probably has been making a difference for many people for some time. i decided it was time to open my mouth and let you know the difference you are making in people's lives; and they are significant ones! i hope everyone continues to be as giving and loving as they have been so far; i've been hanging out here for about a year and i LOVE seeing the activity and learning from such knowledgeable people including yourself. one good cosmic turn deserves another and this forum has proven it time andtime again--astrologers are awesome people who have truly big hearts--i've yet to come across a pro that hasn't had a heartof gold and your forum is rich with success.

thank you radu....

Thank you, Jag, for putting into words what was screaming to be heard. I have said to God many times how thankful I was for this forum, and often thought what a big void there would be without Radu's gift. I have just been wrapped up in my own tangle of serious life problems, and didn't give it the voice it needed.

But, I'll take the opportunity now.....

Thank you, Radu! You and your gift are much valued and appreciated!
I don't know what you had in mind when you "birthed" this forum - if you envisioned what it is evolving into.... but it is such a blessing! I remember being very touched by the lovely introduction you wrote as a greeting for the forum on my first visit to the homepage. I, for one, would be very interested in anything else you would care to share about how this forum came to be. (By the way, isn't the forum's anniversary in a couple of weeks- 2 years, is it?)

And thanks to all who have helped Radu's vision grow...... with a special thanks to moderator, Arian Maverick, for her dedication and the new horary moderator, Draco. The forum would not be the same without their presence and expertise.

This was incredibly brave, posting a private message of gratitude on the forums, something my Aries stellium admires. How many of us have had similar thoughts, but have been unable to express our feelings into words?

I used to be incredibly active on the forums--moderating, creating and uploading natal and horary charts, writing introductory and how-to articles, providing text links between threads, replying to as many threads as I could--but lately I've noticed that I've been "slacking" although I still visit the forums daily to check up on things. After I finish this reply, I intend to copy and paste your post into a Microsoft Word document and save it on my computer to motivate me. Perhaps we can convince Radu to do the same! :D

Wow that was a really amazing tribute, and one that is defintly earned by you, Radu. I want to thank you as well, for what he wrote is almost exactly what this forum has done for me, and countless others I am sure.

I posted my crazy chart out there putting my soul out for analysis, and i was expecting everyone to think I was just really mixed up and would get over it. I even wanted to delete the whole post... but I didn't I dont know why. Arian and a few others (especially Kimbermoon) all were very understanding and non-judgemental, giving me a really good picture of what I need to work on and that I am not crazy.

I believe I was destined to find this forum so I thank you for your part in the cosmic plan for so many people. It has really showed me how I might do something even close to what you already have with my own life.

My deepest gratitude to you and the members of this forum,

Pisceanfool :o

I would also like to say thank you to Radu. There is something about this forum that is so different than any other. I stumbled across here one day and have been hooked ever since. I learn so much from all of the members here, everyone is so respectful and supportive of eachother. You have something very special here.

Dear Radu, Jag's words could not have expressed it better. Ever since I discovered this Forum, it has been part of my life. You have no idea how often I think of you in the terms of:" How would Radu have solved this questions" or, "shall I post this or that to Draco" when it comes to the Horary section. I also feel that this has come on my path in more than one way. I get the possibility here to help others with their variety of problems which gives me an extra sense of purpose (my Sun in the 6th, Moon in the 12th crave this!!) as well as giving advice (when I can) on general astrological questions. You never stop learning with Astrology and this Forum is THE IDEAL place for it. Many thanks for this great idea of yours and a special thanks for their input to, Arian Maverick (you will go far, being so young and already so engaged!) and Draco .

To all greetings!!! Radu you truly have a GOD given talent!!! Your answer to my horary question was so true it blew me away!! It was for December 30th 2006. I know you must do so many that you may not remember, but you will never know how much it helped me, to clarify things, and see the situation better, and take a much needed look at the situation and to see the situation as it truly was and not what I wanted it to be, and move on, and believe me it was truly a wonderful feeling . Thanks for you help!!!I too love this site and the people all seem very genuine and kind and helpful. Radu I saw that you won't charge for spiritual questions in horary charts. I personally think that you should be paid for all your answers to every horary chart!!! It takes time away from your family and it is truly a service to others and I feel very deserving of compensation!!!! When I have another horary chart done I would definitely want it to be you, and I will insist on paying, I know that you will do what you think best, but maybe somehow you should set things up so people can if not pay a fee if you are not comfortable about it at least be able to donate some money or a gratuity. I know its hard to charge for something you love to do, people want me to knit for them and want to pay me but its truly weird to charge people!!! I really do understand!!! I hope I don't come across bossy, but I am a Leo!! HAHA THANKS SO MUCH GREAT SITE!!!! Sincerely Deb:) :) ;) :D

You're all welcome. Thank you for the so nice words, I'm overwhelmed.
This forum wouldn't be so well organized without the unsatiable enthousiasm and amazing energy of our moderator, Arian Maverick, who is always looking for new ways to improve it. I am also very grateful to Draco, our horary moderator, and all those many good people who share their insight, time and soul for others to benefit.
