cosmetic surgery :)

hi guys long time no see :)
im planning for a cosmetic procedure this april, but obstacles have started popping up so i thought id ask a horary, i asked "will i finally get to have the surgery?"

first off yes i see saturn retro in the first which usually ruins the whole chart but i remember reading somewhere that an EXALTED saturn retro in the first is much different but i dunno. it also rules my 4th of endnigs and my ascendant is in an applying conjunction..i dunno how to take that

anyway im venus in aries in the 6th house which from what i know rules surgery. the 6th house ruler is mars in my 11th house of wishes. no aspect. :pinched:
the only reason why i feel a hope is cuz the moon, my cosig, is trine mars....what do u guys think? yes or no? :(

-Venus, currently in detriment in 7th house/sign Aries, will next move into its domicile in the sign Taurus

...all tesitomonies are +, therefore the answer to this question is yes, and the operation will be successful (Lot of Operations angular in 10th whole sign house)
