I don't know what house could symbolise pregnancy
But with Pluto in the 5th and conjunct your nUranus and your Uranus conjunct your nSun... It could cause emotional upheavel which is erraticly expressed...
Is the 5th related with pregnancy, or another house?
Does anyone know

The fifth house is definitely associated with pregnancy, but I have no idea how to determine whether a pregnancy will be successful by a natal chart alone. With this said, I believe it is fortunate that Jupiter rules your fifth house cusp, but I don't think this factor alone if enough to guarantee that every pregnancy a female native may have will result in a healthy child.

Perhaps horary astrology would be more appropriate...?

Pregnancy is ruled by the 5th house. Sagittarius rules the 5th house's cusp in your chart. Sagittarius is neither fruitful nor barren but Jupiter is in a barren sign (Aries); with Saturn in the 5th a small family and some problems to raise the children can be indicated.
