Hi all,
Wanted to share this article. I read that today has been declared as the most depressing day of the year (Jan 23, 2006)....Well, I started the day feeling feverish and down and at work, almost everyone has some sort of thing going on -- upset tummy, low energy etc...mmm. sometimes the mental worries manifest physically.
