How would you describe somebody with this in their natal chart?

Well, taking these aspects in and of themselves......
The words "headstrong" and "pioneering" come to mind. They might also be very impulsive and have an anger problem. Seeing as how Mars in Aries is conjunct the Ac, they may be very "driven" in what they do. Selfishness could also be a big problem to overcome. They might place an extraordinarily high value on honesty and authenticity. They could be the type that wants to do everything for themselves. They would probably also have a lot of physical energy.

But of course, all of this is mitigated by the aspects made to Mars and the AC. And the rest of the chart needs taken into account, as well, in order to get a true picture.
