Hi guys,

I am somewhat proficient in horary, but at times I need added advice/

My question is this, Will I get the house.

I really need an answer and greatly appreciate anyone's help with this chart.

Ascen is 10 Libra, ruler venus is me. Venus in fourth house
Moon in 11th is appying in trine to Mars ruler of seventh house.
IC has Mercury and sun there. MC is Cancer

This one has me somewhat stumped or not sure about it.

I worried about getting the loan. It took me forever to find a lender that would even consider it. I felt lucky in that respect. However, we need a co signer. This where I become confused about the chart.

It is a great deal and by buying this place our bills would significantly be lowerd.

Hi SR....to start with, you the potential buyer is ruled by Venus situated in the 4th. (property)
You being placed here may show your keen interest in the house.
The seller, 7th ruler is Mars.
The property (4th ruler) is Saturn in Leo....in detriment, showing possible
problems with the house. Being in a fire sign could be problems with
heating, walls or plastering.
Capricorn being on 4th cusp shows old property, and possibly in need
of structural repair.
Saturn is also retrograde showing house has undergone a lot of wear
and tear.
10th ruler Moon shows price.....and in this case price is in the detriment
of the property, Saturn. I think this means (and please correct me if I'm
wrong, cos I find this hard to get my head round) that the price reflects
the condition of the house.
Also, because Moon in fixed sign, seller won't lower price.
Your question is "Will I get the house?"
To be honest SR I think the answer is no. I can't see any connection
between you and the seller at all. (But then again I'm no expert I
certainly could be wrong!)
This is a long shot but would the buyers son be interested in buying it
do you think? Only, the Sun rules his 5th (son?) and is in mutual
reception with property as well as price. In fact property and price are in buyer's 5th of children.... and son (?) is placed inside 4th house (property)
Another thing I read was that the 5th house of the radical chart shows
the potential profit that can be made when the house is resold.
Uranus is on 5th cusp and pt Fortune inhabits 5th....Uranus is in exact
sextile to 4th cusp. I thought this was looking positive, until I saw that
Uranus was approaching a square to his dispositor Jupiter and that
Neptune (secondary ruler) was lurking and looking decidely dodgy just
inside the 5th.
I daren't go on SR cos I shall tie myself up in knots.
Just one more thing, can you let me know if this property is in a nice part of town, you know, a nice neighbourhood?

There are many places to live. I may find a better place. I love to live out in the country around woods, water.
You confirmed what I thought I saw. It is hard doing horary for yourself at times.
