Before 2-3 years and the last months ,i faced a problem of weight,after many failed efforts to lose the unnecessary grease/weight,finally i found the way to control this and i saw a big improvement,i've not done yet,i have to try a bit more.

I've asked this cause i have a fear for myself that maybe someday i lose again the control,i dont want to return back to that situation.
