Since this is a question about a possible mundane event, it is necessary to interpret the houses as in mundane astrology. In a question about war look at Mars and the houses it rules. In addition the 12th and 6th houses and their rulers are important.

Mars is moderately strong in the second house and in mixed mutual reception with both the Moon and Venus. The only applying aspect is the Moon to Mars which is of some concern since the Moon rules the 12th house of secret enemies and is strong by essential dignity, but the 12th house is a weak place for the Moon.

Looking at this it does not appear that the rulers are strong enough to indicate a world war. Possibly an unexpected attack from somewhere. Other disasters and catastrophes are possible. However Saturn's position and aspects do not indicate any major earthquakes. The answer to the specific question is no.
