My sister had viral meningitis and the idiot doctors didn't know what the f they were doing and stabbed her like 20 times in the spine to get her spinal fluid but couldn't, they called in the anesthesiologist and he got it on the first try....
Anyway, she now has a bad leak of the spinal fluid resulting in extremely bad he aches and nausea. She can't even sit up for 5 minutes without feeling lke puking..
She did have a procedure where they take her blood and insert it where the leak is to create a blood clot and stop the leak, but since there were so many holes they didn't know where to put it and so they just guessed and it didn't work.
There is a possibility it won't ever get better! Or it may take years, months, weeks or days... I know time with horary is iffy so my question is will she ever get better!?
So I assume I take the 3rd house as her house? (Since it's for sibilings) and then I used her 6th house .. So sun as her and saturn as the illness. They are conjunct by sign.. Only saturn applies to the moon in a trine (applying by 4)... Perhaps it will take 4 something till she gets better?

(Following is not in accordance with standard horary practice and uses whole sign house format)
You did not include yourself in the question (eg, you did not ask, "is MY sister..) but centered the question entirely upon her, asking "will SHE...", therefore I take her as the subject of the question (excluding you) and I assign her the first house:
So,
-sister (it is as if she is asking this question) = 1st house = Cancer = Moon
-her health/illness = 6th house = Sagittarius = Jupiter
-Sagittarius is "most accident prone of all signs" (Charles Carter), shows her health condition is due to accident (by MD's), which we know is the case from the background information
-Cancer flows toward significator of her house of health, Jupiter, and Jupiter retrogrades toward Moon = + testimony for her getting better
-lord of the 6th house, Jupiter, is retrograde (and also in the fixed sign of Taurus) = indicates process of healing will likely be slow; also Jupiter is in a pitted degree of Taurus, which means blocks and slowness asa well = - testimony
-lord of the 6th house, Jupiter, is disposited in Taurus by Venus; Venus is posited in the 6th house, so there is mutual reception, and Venus flows toward the Lucky Strike NN, which is + testimony (NN being in her 6th house also is + testimony for getting better)
-her Part of Fortune falls @ 22 Pisces, and her significator, the Moon, flows toward the POF = + testimony (also Jupiter retrogrades back toward the POF, and Venus flows toward the POF)
Results:
Positive = +3 testimonies
Negative = -1 testimony
Net = +2 testimonies
...yes, she will get better, but its going to likely be a slow process.

Thanks Dr Farr! It has been slow! She got another blood patch to try and stop the leak and I think it worked! She was discharged from the hospital at 1am and was able to sit up in the car the whole way home and walk in the house! I haven't been able to talk to her today but hopefully this is just the recovery period. I was so worried about her, especially with her 6th house sun and some ther planets (I can't remember right now). She does have life long health problems but I'm glad this won't be another!

Just wanted to post an update:
So she did get better, but it was slower than it should have been, like you said Dr. Farr.
The hospital had poked a hole in her spinal fluid sac, so she was leaking spinal fluid. She couldn't even sit up on an angle, she had to be straight on her back! She complained and complained, so they eventually did a blood patch (they take her blood and insert it in the spine so it will clot and stop the leak) but they poked her so many times in different areas they were not sure where the leak was so they just guessed. Well, they guessed wrong because she wasn't any better and they still wanted to send her home. She demanded to see a doctor, one never came, so she tormented herself by sitting out in the hallway with a puke bucket (That she had to use because she felt so sick sitting up) and a doctor came after a while and just wrote her a prescription for pain killers.
Well the next day she tried to go in the car, laying down, to go to the hospital she works at (she's an RN) but she couldn't make it 5 minutes in the car so we had to call the ambulance and she went back to the other hospital. Within 12 hours she had another blood patch done and she started feeling better almost instantly! She went home that night. It took her a while to not feel sore anymore because they poked her like 30 times with a needle in her spine, I'd say she was in the hospital for about a week (maybe an extra day or two) and recovering for 2 weeks.

Glad that she has recovered! In homeopathy we often use Hypericum (the homeopathic name for the herb St Johnswort) as an aid in the recovery from traumas to the spine, and to help in recovery from injuries to all parts of the body rich in nerves.
Best wishes to your sister!
