Who hurt this baby?

Ok so a couple who I was aquaintances with in highschool had a baby. I got pregnant a few months later and we started talking more. We visited a bit when she had her son but then her son was taken by CPS because he had fractured ribs, an anurysm and bruises.

The story went that 2 weeks ago somebody hurt him, but they didn't know who. (How do you NOT know who has or WHERE your baby is!!??? It all seemed really fishy to me.. I stopped talking to them and I never went to see them when my son was born.

So I don't know where to start really.. Do I use the 5th house as the babys house? And then would I use the 6th house for illness? It wasn't really an illness it was more like shaken baby syndrom so would I use the 8th on his turn chart? Or would I start with the 11th as they were my friends and go from there to their 5th??

This is terrible. Please place a call to cps (even though they are already aware of the case..is child still in custody?). Even though you have no evidence and they are most likely aware of evrything you are, the more documented concern on the case, the better. If the baby was hurt that badly by his father, you can bet it will happen again and again, and everything anyone can do who is aware of the situation might help that baby. I'm sure you've already thought of this, and it is really important not to just assume the authorities will handle it w/o help...for example, if they'd managed to get a story together by the time cps was involved and it was believed, then baby goes back. But if they hear from you that parents were saying they didn't know what happened, that could go a long way in discounting their story. Not sure how much of this applies to their situation, you know all the details, but please, if any of the above applies, please give them a call.

Yes I do and thank you for answering. I always thought the mom did this! The dad was texting me and HE was the one who told me.. When I talked to the mom she was like wtf he told you? And didn't want to say anything but since I knew there was nothing to hide anymore. Then he dumped her and got a new girlfriend.. So I always thought it was her.. But I guess it makes sense that the ones who are guilty try to explain themselves NOT being guilty, whereas the one who isn't guilty wouldn't??

I remember hearing this and just getting soooo sick... Nothing I would expected to happen to people I know! But you just never really know people..

Last I spoke to either of them their son was living with another woman who is a volunteer for the city to take in kids in his situation. They would have supervised visitation once a week for 2 hours.. I just saw pictures online of him in the shopping mall and in someones house, my friend who works for the city said she saw them at a park recently with their son which I thought was strange because they aren't together and I thought they needed supervision.. Maybe someone was there and she didn't know? I dont know much of their situation as I don't talk to them anymore. I hope nothing happens to him again but there really isn't much I can do...

Oh, I thought it was two weeks ago. Must have been chart was drawn two weeks after it happened, a year ago. So sorry for that baby...sounds like he's in a better place now.

Oh no.. It was just the way I wrote it, it sounds confusing. They didn't find out what was wrong with the baby until they took him to the doctors and the fractures showed that it happened 2 week prior to that, but this whole incident was about a year ago

Oh, I see. Sorry for you as well to be tangled up with this at one time...god job on cutting them out of your life. Too dodgy.
