Will I be able to have another child soon?

I had so much trauma with my first child. I was hospitalized for 6 weeks due to preeclampsia while I was pregnant and my son was very sick and small due to an emergency csection. I want so badly to have a second child but am afraid of the outcome. Will I have another child? When? Will he/she be healthy? Please help... Thanks so much.
