Ketu is with Saturn. Rahu is in sambandha with Saturn. Therefore Ketu is related to Rahu. The IX house from Rahu is in Libra. Ketu is in a constellation of Venus. The IX house from the ascendant is in Virgo. Ket is related to Mercury through Mars. Thus the major-period of Ketu shows a journey abroad.
The sub-period of the Sun shall start in this major-period in September 2007 and end in January 2008. The Sun would show a journey abroad if it is related to Rahu, the IX house from Rahu and the IX house from the major-period planet. Rahu and the Sun are together in the navamsha chart. Your answer is very "clear" to us, who are not Vedic Astrologers.

I know, that Vedic Astrology can much more, than Western Astrology. Can you tell then, in what direction is going Cleopatra?

Or, if I am asking you: hi Mathur, am I going to Spain, England or USA (it is very strange, I have got yesterday second time call from New York, that I should get Green Card, and come to USA)? They have my phone number, and first time called me on the July 4th, 2006.

I am asking you that, because I have in Vedic Astrology, Venus in 9th (good for abroad), and my Venus Dasha started already, October 2004.
