Conversions of Declinations to their Longitude Equivalents using the Declinations Converter is easy, but the significance of these charts is confusing. The Planetary positions are different along the ecliptic and the angles between them are therefore different. Remember that Declination and Right Ascension go together and Longitude and Latitude go together as coordinate systems. The concept of using longitude equivalents of declinations to figure out angles on the ecliptic isn't logical because the latitudes aren't converted as well. The solution to this is to use spherical trigonometry to calculate spherical angles between planets. Spherical angles can be calculated using Longitude and Latitude or Right Ascension and Declination. See http://www.astromancy.com/sphericalastrology.html (http://www.astromancy.com/sphericalastrology.html) to see how predictions made using spherical astrology would be much more accurate. If you were a financial astrologer, how accurate would you want the angles in the chart? It's time to get serious and do the math.:sunny:
