Suicide signs lately?

In the last month I am personally aware of 3 separate suicides. 2 happened to be people in the news. 1 was Russell Armstrong (husband of Real Housewife Taylor Armstrong) and a day later his business partner also committed Suicide.

A little more close to home an Uncle of a relative committed suicide in the last two weeks as well. All close to the 22nd of August.

People disappearing also happened that week. A Grandmother of a friend and the Uncle previously mentioned until he was found having killed himself.

I'm curious if there were any sort of indicators of this astrologically. I do not know what the statistics for the entire US was in regards to suicide in August. Maybe I am just happening to be aware of these so it seems like it's a lot.

The question is just out of curiosity - would love to hear opinions on this.

I don't know either, but if you follow up on this and find any specifics about it I'd be interested to hear it.
Uranus and Pluto are and will be square in space for a long time. And if those planets happen to be in the chart of a person who is vulnerable and also a candidate for "escape" through suicide, those transits can be a trigger.
Mars in Cancer would have been in the mix via a t-square in space, earlier this month.

But it takes a LOT to produce a suicide and usually it's a long term process.

Here is the chart of a friend of mine who committed suicide Feb 8th, 2010. She had:
T Saturn square Saturn
T Saturn conjunct Pluto
T Pluto square Saturn
T Pluto square Pluto
T Mars square mars
T Jupiter square Neptune

As you can see it was almost unavoidable in her case especially with a natal Moon T square to Saturn and Pluto.

I was not aware Russel Armstrong's business partner committed suicide. Interesting. There was speculation Russel was gay, I wonder if he was involved romantically with his business partner or perhaps he was named in the lawsuit too.

Yes I think he was named in the lawsuit too. Stood to lose everything pretty much.

I never heard the gay thing, which is odd because I keep up on most of that.

Seems like they already did lose everything. Too bad, suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

Saturn / Pluto mainly hard aspects through moon, Sun or ascendant... but I would say more to the moon.

Mars also, yes.
If this aspects are in the 8th house... /or in the 12th house, empower even more this tendency to suicide.

There's also important the transits in the time the person got in a depression/bad period... the aspects could tell us if the person would really do it...

Suicide is always an impulsive act.

I'm not living in the U.S but in my country suicides are up 40% since the start of this year...and last weekend I went to the funeral of a dear friend who took her own life....

so it's up abroad too...

I don't think anyone impulsively commits suicide. They are usually long term depressives who have thought about (and even talked about) suicide over time.
Of course, to those around the person, it may SEEM impulsive, but it really is not.

Can any of the forum members through their astrological knowledge give me some guidance.
My d-b- 16-8-1976. Place of birth is Madurai,India. Time of birth is 18.30.P.M.
I am 35 years old.Dependant on my aged parents.Not yet married.And I feel lonely very often.I do not have any steady income.And the moon in my fourth house makes me think of contradictory thoughts always.
When will I marry?Will it ever happen?
Or am i destined for a short life?
